- Limitation Act
- Transfer of Property Act
- Contract Act
- Law of Succession
- Specific Relief Act.
The commission will call the candidates for main written examination who have secured not less than 40 percent of marks and 35 percent in the case of SC/ST candidates.
Syllabus of Main Written Exam for OPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2019-
Compulsory Papers-
General English- 150 Marks
Procedural Law- 150 Marks
Optional Papers-
Law of crime and law of torts- 150 Marks
Personal Law- 150Marks
Law of property- 150 Marks
Law of Contract- 150 Marks
Jurisprudence and Consitution of India – 150 Marks
The commission will call the candidates for Interview who have secured not less than 45 percent of marks in aggregate and a minimum of 33 percent in each paper in the main written examination.

SC/ST/PWD/Women– No fee.
